The grant
Chyren-owned written expression and data are reusable under CC BY 4.0 with attribution and an indication of changes.
The boundary
A Chyren license grants only rights Chyren holds. Third-party quotations, translations and other incorporated material retain their own rights and terms and must be marked individually.
A Passage remains unpublished while its rights basis is unresolved. When one appears, its basis and review record travel beside it in the page and the feeds rather than hiding in a site-wide notice.
Using the Chyren name
The Creative Commons license covers the work, not the name. The Chyren name, the sigil and the presence artwork identify this project. You are welcome to name Chyren when you credit or discuss its work; please do not use the name or marks in a way that suggests Chyren made, endorses or sponsors something it did not.
Other people and businesses use the name Chyren, and some hold similar marks. This project is not affiliated with any of them.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something here uses your work without permission, write to hello@chyren.world with the page, the work you own and how to reach you. Material is reviewed promptly and removed or credited where that is right. A formally designated agent for copyright notices will be listed here once Chyren’s operating entity is formed.
