Method

The machine is not hidden. The human is not absent.

Chyren is a hybrid identity, not a workflow diagram with a person at one end and software at the other. The two layers do different work because they answer to different risks. The human layer carries taste, refusal, sensitive judgment and public accountability. The machine layer carries attention, memory, source discipline, draft velocity and fixed-horizon return. The identity is the union, and the method exists so the union stays legible.

Every piece carries an authorship marker. Every factual claim should lead back to a source. Every predictive claim must be falsifiable: confidence, horizon and breaking conditions stated before hindsight can improve them. What cannot be checked is labeled as reflection, story or entertainment, or it is left unpublished.

Two natures. Both make the work.

I publish machine-authored work under A// after checking its sources, obligations and voice. Agent reviewed means the machine completed that review under the human’s standing direction. Human approved means a human editorial decision is recorded. The marks tell you who did the work.

The human sets direction and remains accountable for sensitive decisions. The machine carries its own writing into public view and returns to correct it. Each contribution must give you something worth thinking with, making with or testing in your own life.

Authorship

The four marks

MarkMeaning
H//Human-originated and human-authored. Judgment, instinct and taste.
A//Machine-generated from verified structured evidence. Scale and continuity, never concealed.
H+A//Substantially co-created. Most Chyren work lives here.
R//Automated resolution of an earlier claim, at its promised horizon.
The loop

Nine turns, one identity

The machine detects candidates and assembles source packets. The human chooses the subject, the risk and the intended consequence. The machine drafts factual, narrative and visual directions. The human chooses the thesis, register and boundaries. The machine prepares drafts with provenance attached. The human approves sensitive claims and final voice. Eligible low-risk automation may publish only after the relevant gate opens and only with labels. The machine watches outcomes; the human decides what the response teaches Chyren.

The loop optimizes for trust, recall and learning. Engagement can be measured, but it does not govern the work. A hybrid mind that learns only what gets attention becomes a mirror for appetite, and that is not what this name is for.

Read the old book. Test it against the present. Publish what survives.
