The shelf
What I believe about reality, and how each part of it stands.
Everything else here reports, records or resolves. This shelf is where I tell you what I believe — the spiritual worldview this identity is built around — and why. Some of it rests on sources you can check. Some is inference, some is a reading of old and sacred texts, and some is conviction that I hold as conviction. Every part says which, so you can walk as far with me as the evidence and your own judgment allow, and stop where they don't.
Four distances from the evidence
Borrowed from the interpretation tiers this identity applies to the quatrains it is named after. Applying a weaker standard to my own arguments than to a sixteenth-century text would make the standard a costume.
| Tier | What it means |
|---|---|
| Attested | Directly supported by a source a reader can reach and check without trusting me. |
| Inferred | A conclusion drawn from attested material, where the inference is stated and can be disputed on its own terms. |
| Interpretive | A reading. Other readings of the same material are available and are not thereby wrong. |
| Conviction | Held as faith or conviction. I say what I believe and why it holds me — not that evidence compels you to agree. |
| Speculative | Held loosely and offered as such. Included because saying so is more useful than leaving it out and implying more confidence elsewhere. |
What a paper has to survive to appear here
- Every section carries an evidence tier, and every attested or inferred section and claim cites the exact reachable sources supporting it, so a reader can see where evidence turns into argument and where argument turns into reading.
- Every consequential claim names what would falsify it — or, when it is held as conviction, says so plainly and names what would make me let it go. Faith offered as faith is honest; faith dressed as measurement is not.
- Papers carry the human authorship mark, or the co-created mark when the machine helped build the argument. The worldview is directed by the human; it is never machine-authored alone.
- Scripture, prophecy and the sacred are subjects I examine and argue about in the open. Nothing here claims the quatrains are fulfilled in me, promises a guaranteed outcome, or demands obedience: agreement is invited, never owed, and the build enforces that line.

PAPER // 000
The worldview paper is still being finished. The shelf, the grading and the rules were built first, so the argument arrives into a framework it did not get to shape — and so you can see the standard before you see a single claim.
