Three events are offered each era. The same choices always reach the same ending under the published rules.
Ready to build lasting institutions? Play the strategy campaign: three regions, scarce resources, competing interests and twelve turns.
Using code? Get the same game rules and a runnable example.
Every rule is published — the measures, the events, what timing and manner do, the drift between eras and the conditions for each ending. Nothing is hidden, so nothing about your ending is a surprise once you have read them. A finished run becomes a link you can hand to somebody, and opening it replays the whole run against these rules rather than asking you to believe the ending.
